ARTICLE 1. ORGANIZATION OF THE CONTEST
The company CONSTRUCTION NAVALE BORDEAUX, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €3,487,500, registered with the SIRENE directory under number 342 012 390 and listed in the Trade and Companies Register of BORDEAUX, with its registered office at 162 Quai de Brazza, 33072 BORDEAUX (hereinafter the “Organizer”), is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary, titled “GARMIN X EXCESS” (hereinafter the “Contest”).
ARTICLE 2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. Failure to comply with the following conditions will result in disqualification.
Participation is open to any individual who:
● Resides in mainland France;
● Is at least 18 years old and has legal capacity;
● Has completed all required fields in the form (marked with an asterisk); and
● Has accepted these Contest rules (checkbox provided for this purpose).
Only one entry per person will be considered. It is strictly forbidden for a participant to enter using multiple email addresses or to participate on behalf of another person.
Participation is open from April 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM to April 27, 2025, at 5:00 PM (French time zone).
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all participants.
All information and contact details provided by the participant must be valid and truthful; otherwise, they may be excluded from the Contest and forfeit any prize.
Any attempt to alter or tamper with the Contest systems by any means—including automated or unfair practices intended to alter the outcome or influence the draw—is strictly forbidden. If a participant is found to have won through fraudulent means, their prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Organizer.
ARTICLE 3. PRIZE
Subject to compliance with these rules, participants can enter to win the following prize:

AVERAGE UNIT VALUE : €999.99
The stated value corresponds to the estimated retail price at the time of drafting these rules. It is provided for informational purposes and may vary.
The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equivalent value in case the original is unavailable. The prize may not be contested, exchanged, or converted to cash, including in the event of loss or theft.
The winner must collect the prize from the EXCESS stand at the International Multihull Show in LA GRANDE MOTTE (34280) or the Organizer will send it directly to the winner.
Shipping costs will be covered by the Organizer.
ARTICLE 4. WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected via a random draw on April 27, 2025, using a random selection algorithm. The winner will be confirmed upon verification of eligibility and contacted by the Organizer via phone and/or email.
The Organizer reserves the right to announce the winner's identity on its social media accounts (including Facebook and Instagram).
If a winner does not respond within thirty (30) days of the email notification, the prize will be forfeited and will remain the property of the Organizer.
Participants authorize any checks on their identity, age, mailing address, and the honesty of their entry. Any false declaration or incorrect information will lead to immediate disqualification and, if applicable, return of the prize.
ARTICLE 5. PARTICIPATION COSTS
Any costs incurred for participation (e.g., postage or internet connection) will not be reimbursed by the Organizer.
ARTICLE 6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
For the purpose of this Contest, the Organizer, acting as data controller, will collect and process certain personal data from participants, including: full name, email address, and mobile number (hereinafter the “Personal Data”).
The Personal Data collected is necessary for fulfilling the agreement between the participant and the Organizer in relation to the Contest. This data is used to organize the Contest, manage participation (including prize delivery and handling any complaints). Without this data, the Organizer cannot process the entry or deliver the prize.
All participant data will be retained only for the time necessary to manage participation and prize delivery, as well as for applicable statutory retention periods, after which it will be deleted.
In accordance with French data protection laws, participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data. In certain cases, they may also restrict processing, request data portability, or object to the use of their data. They may also issue post-mortem instructions for data handling.

ARTICLE 7. LIABILITY
The Organizer shall not be held liable for:
- Any disruptions affecting access to or the proper running of the Contest (e.g., external malicious acts);
- Technical issues affecting participation or receipt of results;
- Mistakes in participants’ contact information;
- Any incidents related to the use or consequences of the awarded prize.
The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify, postpone, or cancel the Contest if necessary, without incurring liability.
The Organizer may cancel the Contest in the event of fraud, in any form, during participation or winner selection.
The Organizer is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage to the prize, nor for delivery to an incorrect address due to erroneous information provided by the winner.
ARTICLE 8. CLAIMS AND INFORMATION REQUESTS
Any claims or information requests related to the Contest must be submitted in writing via email to: contact@excess-catamarans.com
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of participation. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
ARTICLE 9. APPLICABLE LAW
These Contest rules are governed by French law.
