Thibaut de Montvalon, Director of Excess, talks about the brand's DNA

In this interview with the French Voile & Moteur magazine, Excess Brand Director, Thibaut de Montvalon, answers questions about the creation of the brand as well its perspectives for the future.

We are a young brand (just four years old!). Since we launched our first model, many things have evolved, notably the DNA of the brand. However, the one thing that has remained intact is the passion of our teams whose focus is always to continue to offer you catamarans that provide a maximum of sailing sensations without ever neglecting on-board comfort.

As Thibaut points out, and in line with our DNA, we believe that the best way to be out on the water, both for us and for the planet, is to be under sail. So we try to think outside the box, and innovate to offer catamarans corresponding with our values. Through the Excess Lab, we give everyone the opportunity to interact with our design teams to help co-construct the catamarans of tomorrow. At Excess, we firmly believe in the power of the collective!

We also take part in and organize numerous events where we can discuss and exchange with you and give you the opportunity to visit our catamarans. Our dealership network is constantly expanding to offer you the best service and support wherever you are in the world. Being within easy reach is something to which Thibaut and all his team are committed.
