The Spanish nautical press tests the brand new Excess 14

Last Monday 24th October, the Spanish nautical press had the opportunity to test the new Excess 14 for the very first time. Hermanos Guasch, official Excess dealer in Catalonia, organized the tests which took place in Port Ginesta, the most renowned harbor in Spain for catamarans.

Skippermar, Mares, Panorama Náutico, TopBoats... Many journalists were interested and eager to find out if the Excess 14 is really the pure incarnation of the Excess DNA. And indeed it is!

The test began with winds of 4 knots, and the press immediately saw that there was something different, when just leaving the port, they were able to turn off the engines, open the sails and navigate.

The smoothness at the helm, the lightness and the speed were the points that most pleased the journalists in this Excess 14 equipped with the Pulse Line version. When the 8 knots winds arrived, they were able to confirm that this model is designed to have a good time sailing, enjoying the speed, the sailing and the good company, thanks, to a studied conception of the hull and the perfect connection between the helm stations and the aft cockpit.

We are looking forward to the media sea trial reviews!
