For the past few days, information has been circulating in the press about a new Excess project. A catamaran of a new scale, designed for offshore sailing and for those who refuse to choose between comfort and thrills. One number keeps coming up too: 16.
The media have clearly been well informed. So rather than leave you guessing, let's just confirm it: yes, a new catamaran is in the works at Excess. For several months now, our teams have been working on a project that goes beyond a simple range evolution, with the ambition of reinventing the offshore cruising experience while never giving up what makes up the Excess DNA: the pleasure of sailing, the thrill under sail, and the freedom to live fully on board.
As for the 16, let's just say it didn't come about by chance. As for the rest, we'll keep a few secrets a little longer.
One thing is certain: a new chapter is being written at Excess.
